Kids under 1 meter tall are free, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Children above 1 meter require a ticket.
We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and popular e-wallets through our secure PayOS payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code in your account dashboard. Simply show this QR code at the entrance and our staff will scan it to check you in. Make sure your phone is charged and the QR code is clearly visible.
Bring your phone with the QR code ticket, a valid ID, and cash or card for food and merchandise. Cosplayers can bring props (no real weapons or sharp objects). We recommend comfortable shoes as you'll be walking and standing a lot.
There's no strict dress code. Come as yourself or dress up as your favorite character. Cosplay is highly encouraged and celebrated at Hobby Horizon. Just ensure costumes are family-friendly and props are safe.
All purchases are final and cannot be exchanged for other days to ensure a proper event experience. Please make sure to select the correct ticket type and date before completing your purchase.
Daily tickets cannot be upgraded to weekend tickets due to the volume of accounting needed. Daily or weekend tickets can be upgraded to Premium. Please contact our customer support for assistance with upgrades.
